LaLa Port Mall.. can you trust MJ Department Stores as your business partner?

“They scammed me”! was the comment from one tenant that opened a concession stall inside one of MJ Department Stores latest mall at LaLa Port Bukit Bintang City Centre.

We have received numerous inbound complaints to our news desk since their opening in 2022. Is LaLa Port mall in financial trouble or is management deliberately delaying and refusing to pay its tenants?

We are about to find out in this expose of how management has destroyed businesses whom have debt ridden liquidation or have ultimately fallen into bankruptcy attempting to run their businesses inside the La La Port Mall.

If you have struggled to be paid by this organization as a vendor, a tenant or an employee we would like to hear from you immediately.

  1. Count me in! I used to work there in admin and had to deal with all the screaming tenants. I can hand you details of many.

  2. No surprise seeing this la. I did one sixth month agreement to sell my products there. Took me longer than that to get paid. The finance guy there Suresh is the most incompetent and rude son of a bitch I’ve ever dealt with. Never got paid.
Jessica I will send you my invoices and exchanged emails to their finance department.
