While in the Singapore Sharia Courts, we came across a heartfelt human-interest story.
On the 4th of January 2018 Mrs Saniman finally a won her son back from her career criminal and drug-addicted ex-husband, Saiful Bahri Bin Sarbor Khan. At 39 years of age, Mr Saiful, a known Omega gang member, residing at the notorious Boon Lay Drive area lost care and control of their 8-year-old son to the small boys’ visibly emotional and relieved mother.
Not being able to appear in person, Mr Saiful contested the order via video conference after the State Court convicted him to a three and a half years prison sentence for the consumption of controlled drugs. Namely cannabis and Methamphetamine. It is notable to mention the court revealed previous prison sentences for drugs and convictions for theft and violence. Mr Saiful will also serve a further seven days consecutively for violently breaching a Personal protection order previously awarded by the Family Courts in order to protect the mother against his violent behavior.
Subsequent investigation by the mother revealed the truth that Mr Bahari’s live-in lover, a Ms Kathijah Mohammad. Lead counsel for the mother, Mr Marican of Marican and Associates presented evidence showing Assistant teacher at the otherwise impeccable, ‘American School’ in Woodlands had attempted to poison the vulnerable mind of the son from seeing his mother in a desperate attempt to control the outcome of the care and control case. Your Voice Asia is in possession of text messages attempting to poison the mind of the young boy after being coerced by Mr Bahari.
Your Voice Asia feels compelled to inform the school and the Ministry of Education in order to protect the children within her care and influence on a daily basis. We are aware that the mother is currently seeking an injunction against this woman to protect her son from her dangerous influence. Please stay posted for updates. Should any parents of Grade 3 children at the American School in Woodlands be concerned regarding this assistant teacher we would highly recommend contacting the school for clarification with immediate effect.
