Online shopping scam on Facebook.

A report from one of the staff at YourVoice Asia.
Our staff member was taken in by a advert for a Drone on Facebook to which he ordered and awaited the delivery.
This was the Video which is now been shown by several different companys on the internet.
I recieved a email with the follow text the next day.

After waiting 3 weeks I called and was told that it would take 15 to 20 days from when they recieve the order. Now this is 2018. I make a order and it is processed immediately. How this company It takes 15 days for it to be processed and then a further 4 weeks for it to be delivered to a addreess.

So I contacted them and ask for a refund and for the order to be cancelled. Within a day I recieve a email see below:

Thank you for getting in touch.
This is to inform you that We have already refunded you the complete amount you paid for the purchase. Please contact the Bank authorities to request the details of the transaction.

 Great all done and finished. So I booked a trip from Thailand to Mexico and waited for the return of my funds for the drone.
I week went past so I discided to write another email. see below.
I still have not had a Refund for the drone.
I leave Thailand for the USA this Thursday and would expect the ref d before then so that I can purchase a drone on vacation, which was the reason to purchase the drone.
Then I recieved th following email

This never happened. So I got on a plane to Mexico and 1 week later i get a email saying then drone had been delivered. I told them several times that i had CANCELED THE ORDER and was awiting a refund. Now they say its been delivered and if I return it I would get a refund .

I need to post it to this address. within this EMAIL.

If you still want to refund then you can send the shipment back to us in the same unused condition that you received it to the following address

 So Ive wrote back to them and said how can I return something that ive never recieved. SO emails and information has been posted on several sites with many hits.
We will keep you uptodate on this.
